Controller. Clockwork Care Consultancy is the data controller for this portal.
What we collect. Your name, email address, optional agency name, your programme progress and notes, and any questions you send us. We do not collect DBS certificates, identity documents, care-worker medical information or other sensitive recruitment documents — please do not upload or type these into the portal.
Why. To deliver the programme you have enrolled in (contract) and to provide support (legitimate interest).
Who can see it. Only you and authorised Clockwork administrators. Other members can never see your progress, notes or questions.
Retention. We keep your data for the duration of your membership and up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights. You can access, export, correct or request deletion of your data. Download a copy at any time from your Account page, or send a request through Support. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
